Can I customize my burger with specific ingredients?

Absolutely! We encourage customization. You can build your burger with your choice of patty, cheese, toppings, and sauces from our selection. Cheddar Blaze is our build-your-own burger base option which comes only with a brioche bun, beef patty, cheddar cheese, and Blaze Sauce, but you can add any of the toppings that we offer to make it your own!

Do you have gluten-free options available?

Yes, we offer gluten-free bun alternatives for those with dietary restrictions. Just let us know your preference. Our gluten-free sides include the French fries and Yam fries, but not the curly fries. In addition, our Crispy Chicken is NOT gluten-free, just keep that in mind when placing your order.

Did we make a mistake on your order, how do you get a refund or a replacement order?

If you ordered from the store, kindly call us at 604-568-5486, and we will make every effort to rectify the mistake. If you placed the order from a delivery partner, kindly contact the support number for assistance.

If you ordered from the store, kindly contact us as soon as possible at 604-568-5486. Because we make everything fresh to order, your order may have already been started in which case we may not be able to issue a refund, but if you let us know early enough, we will be able to adjust accordingly. If you ordered through a delivery partner app you would have to contact their support team to be able to make any changes.

Is the gluten-free bun also vegan?

Our Gluten-free bun contains egg whites, so it’s not vegan but it is vegetarian!

Is the potato bun (vegan) also gluten-free?

No it’s not gluten-free, it does contain wheat flour.

Do you offer grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a grilled chicken option on our menu, but you will not regret our delicious crispy chicken patty.

What is the difference between our Blaze Signatures Burgers and our mini cheeseburgers?

Our Signature burgers are made with 5oz. Certified Angus Beef, on our brioche bun, while our minis are a 3.5 oz. Certified Angus Beef patty, on our vegan potato bun.

What is our vegan cheese made out of?

We use Chao Vegan Cheese, which is Coconut-based and seasoned with fermented tofu.

What does our Blaze Sauce Contain?

Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Relish, and some secret spices 🤫. We also offer a vegan Blaze Sauce, which goes on all our vegan burgers. And don’t worry, they are not spicy! 🌶️

Is the chicken patty halal?

Yes, all our chicken is halal. But you would have to ask for a halal patty on your beef burger free of charge!

Is the poutine gravy vegan and gluten-free?

Yes, our gravy is both vegan and gluten-free, however, we do add crispy onion frites to our blaze poutine which is not gluten-free.

Do we have a different fryer for gluten-free, vegan, and Halal?

Yes we have a different fryer and grill for each of our dietary restrictions. So all our french fries and yam fries are fried separately to avoid any cross-contamination.

How can I place an order for delivery?

Ordering for delivery is easy! You can place your order through our website or from any of our delivery partners. Select your items, provide your delivery address and payment information, and we’ll take care of the rest. For pick-up, you can always call the restaurant and place your order.

I want to have a Birthday Catering, Corporate Catering, BBQ on-site, rent a venue space, or have my own Blaze Food Truck, can Blaze accommodate that?
